Where are you located?

We provide training virtually or in Downtown Vancouver at 736 Granville St, Vancouver, BC.

What happens during my consultation?

The purpose of our fitness consultation is to assess your fitness history, ultimate goals and fitness level. A Functional Movement Screen will be applied by Alan to fully understand your movement capacity, weaknesses, and pain points. That data is then used to build a safe and effective exercise program for you.

What's your cancellation policy?

Notice needs to be given the day before your scheduled appointment for cancellation. Cancelled appointments that do not fall within the that notice period will be forfeited. In-person appointments that are cancelled the same day of appointment incur a $35 charge in addition to a forfeited session.

What if i'm new to fitness?

Alan is an expert at working with all different types of fitness levels from beginners to pro athletes. Our programs are custom tailored to help you make steady progress towards achieving a higher level of fitness and well-being thats best for you.

If i'm in pain or have an existing injury can I still train?

Yes! Alan is experienced in working with individuals who have existing injuries or pain and can work with you to help alleviate your symptoms.
